Ryeshia “Rye” Brockington serves as the Executive Administrative Director and Secretary of Welcome Ministries. In this role, she focuses on ensuring that Welcome Ministries operates with efficiency and clarity. Whether it’s coordinating administrative tasks, running meetings, or creating standard operating procedures, Ryeshia is the go-to person for all things admin and beyond.

Ryeshia has always known about God, prayer, and reading the Bible, but she felt a void in her life that unhealthy things and people couldn’t fill. In January 2024, after a year of significant losses in 2023, she finally found the fulfillment she needed through Jesus. Though she continues to grieve those losses, Ryeshia is grateful for how they brought her closer to God. Now, she is embracing the wisdom and growth that come from building a deeper relationship with Him.
