thankfulness."- Colossians 2:6-7
As we step into July, we pause to reflect on the powerful journey we've been walking together. Over the past month, our Corporate Fast has been more than a spiritual discipline; it's been a sacred reset. We've learned the importance of slowing down, quieting the noise of culture, and aligning our lives to the King's rhythm,not the world's pace.
This fast has reminded us that true transformation begins with surrender. In a world that glorifies hustle, we are choosing to seek holy alignment-to live intentionally, with our hearts and habits rooted in Christ. As Matthew 6:33 (ESV) reminds us: "Seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you."
This month, we press in deeper, submitting our plans, goals, and desires to the will of God. We are not just acquiring knowledge; we are applying it, walking it out in faith, obedience, and spiritual maturity. God has already revealed so much to us through His Word. Now is the time to move from hearing to doing (James 1:22), from knowing to obeying. It's in our obedience that we demonstrate our love and trust in Him and experience the transformation His truth promises.
July is not about doing more, it's about becoming more likeHim. Let's continue this journey together, with hearts fully surrendered and eyes fixed on the One who leads us well.

As we conclude our Corporate Fast, we shift our focus from just receiving to applying what God has revealed. July is all about living it out with intentional rhythms of obedience, reflection, and surrender. We're incorporating practical steps from The Ruthless Elimination of Hurry by John Mark Comer to help us slow down, declutter our minds, and align our pace with God's.
Throughout the fast, we centered our hearts on: Knowing God's Heart, Prayer, Petition, Clarity, Sanctification, Authority, and Spiritual Warfare. As we move forward, we carry that foundation into our daily lives with purpose.
Let's continue to show up hungry and expectant. This is a season of revival, for our personal walk and our collective mission.
Looking ahead, in August, we'll enter a time of intentional rest for all Youth Teachers-EGT, KK, and TYL-along with a pause on weekly Leadership Team Meetings. Use this time to declutter your schedule, reset your spiritual rhythm, and prepare for what's next. This sabbatical isn't about checking out, it's about checking in with God and making room for renewal.

Leadership Impact:
From Tiffynee's Desk, A Sacred Pause.
Dear Welcome Family,
After much prayer and reflection, and inspired by The Ruthless Elimination of Hurry, I'm stepping into a three-month sabbatical to slow down, surrender, and let God do a deeper work in me. This intentional pause means I'll be
stepping away from teaching Bible study, mentoring, and personal development sessions to focus on rest, healing, and the behind-the-scenes work of Welcome Ministries.
During this time, I'll also be pouring into my new book, Sis, It Is Me, a powerful journey into self-awareness, healing, and breaking generational curses. This is not a goodbye, but a sacred pause. Like Jesus retreating to the mountain, I'm allowing space for renewal, refinement, and restoration.
Our amazing leadership team will continue to guide Welcome forward with grace, excellence, and kingdom focus. We're also working on strengthening our lines of communication so everything runs smoothly while I'm off the front lines.
Thank you for your prayers, patience, and continued love. I can't wait to return refreshed, full, and ready for what's next.
